We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Need a different item?
The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order separately once your return is approved.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method
  • This can take up to 10 business days
  • Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
